This document details Extrinia’s media release policy. It applies to all e-mail transmitted by Extrinia employees engaged in marketing activities.

Announcments

1. Why am I receiving announcements from Extrinia?

Extrinia is an independent record label based in Brisbane, Australia. We have global marketing operations in place, and to support these, we issue occasional media releases about our activities.

If you have received an announcement from us to your e-mail address, then we either have an existing relationship with you or have identified you as a person of influence in the media, entertainment and associated industries. We have carefully researched a broad range of media, industry, events and associated organisations from around the world whom we believe would have a direct or indirect (through their audience) interest in receiving our announcement.

We do not, and never will, send unsolicited announcements to individual consumers for marketing purposes. Please see our E-mail Policy for further information.

2. I don't want to receive any further announcements, how do I stop them?

If you no longer wish to receive e-mail announcements from Extrinia, please reply or send an e-mail to unsubscribe@extrinia.com with the word “unsubscribe” in the subject (quotes not required). Subject to resource levels, we will process your request by the end of the next business day, and send you a final e-mail to advise you that you will no longer receive further e-mail announcements from us.

3. My name/position/contact details are incorrect, how do I update them?

Please contact Lucinda Nightingale, Marketing Manager, via lucinda@extrinia.com with your correct details and your request will be promptly attended to.

4. I received a copy of an announcement from a friend/colleague, how do I get added to the announcement list?

Please contact Lucinda Nightingale, Marketing Manager, via lucinda@extrinia.com with your current details (name, position, organisation and contact info) and your request will be promptly attended to.
